Sending Money to PayPal user in Mexico

Hello, i am fairly new to PayPal and have this question.

I want to send money to my mother who lives in Mexico and she has an existing PayPal account. I know in the US there is a small fee for transferring your PayPal money to your bank account but i was wondering how much will she have to pay to transfer the money to her bank account.

is anyone here sending money to mexico using PayPal?

REVIEW Paypal fee schedule,there are fees you would have to pay sending money to MExico UNDER FRIEND And family,as to how much she has to pay transferring to her bank in Mexico,dont know?  

also there is currency conversion fee of 3%,

if you transfer fund from your paypal account to your bank account,there is no fee,the fee of 25 cents/COME in when you want it faster using a debit card,not bank account
