There's a cap on the amount per transaction which is $10,000 meaning if you needed to send $20,000, it would require two transactions of $10,000 each.
As for waiting times - in an "ideal situation", if both the sending and receiving accounts are "verified" and neither has any open disputes and/or claims and no other issues, then the receiver should be able to the money almost right away.
