My sister is in PR and I am in RI. She can send money for free to me utilizing the "family" option, but if I utilize the same option, it will charge me the fee. Regardless I used her cell number and/or email still charging me the fee. What kind of deal is this???!!! This has been anoying and upsetting my life.
