Seller raising shipping costs

Seller saying Ebay calculated shipping wrong and that shipping will cost an extra 75 ...said they spoke w ebay

You do not need to pay the surchage.  On the other hand, the seller may cancel the sale if you dont'.  You can't force the seller to ship for the original cost.

Suggest you ask the seller to cancel the sale and refund all.
