Seller is suspended after I paid

I bought an item on eBay almost 2 months ago and I decided to check the tracking history and if it had any but when I hit the item in my purchase history list it says that the seller has been suspended, I want a refund but I do not know how to get it.

On the Purchase History, if it is passed the second estimated delivery date but not by 30 days, next to the purchase in question, there is a More Actions menu. Click that and select Item Not Received. You may be too late to file dispute through eBay so, file one with PayPal. Look for the payment transaction in your activity, click on it and click Report a problem or File a dispute link.

No worries!! Simply call eBay at (866)-540-3229 & tell them your item number or tell them about your item or what you bought so they can identify it. IF for what ever reason a seller is supsended from eBay then, you are entitled to a refund & no return process is needed!! I have spoken to an account specialist from eBay & they have confirmed this. All you have to do is call in & ask to speak to the resolution department! Have a good one!
