So, basically, I filled a dispute against a seller who gives me a OLD (15') server files which he told me it was the LATEST (17') one. Then after 3 days, he replied with some kind of stupid (please help me) replied and he escalated it to PayPal without letting me answer his comment. I wonder if this can be re-opened, so I can answer him with some statement he made on Facebook after he escalated it to PayPal.

I've alots of things to said in the dispute but he escalated it even tho I already talked about 200-300 words before he replied and escalated it.

The idea is that you put ALL of the information that you want paypal to read before the dispute is escalated by either party.

Once escalated you can only give information if paypal asks for it.

I already put ALL informations when filled the dispute.

Like:

Screenshots of our conversation.

Screenshots of the outdated files (2015).

+ additional informations.

I don't know if this is enough and he (the seller) didn't even provided any crucial informations and evidences.
