Hi everybody We have a weird situation now One of my close friend bought an iphone X on ebay to his relative using his own paypall becouse paypall doesnt supported in her country. She used package forwarding company. But when items arrive to package forwarding company it turned out seller sent 3 iphone 4 instead. We contacted seller and he claimed that package forwarding company changed the package as he sent correct item. We contacted package forwarding company and they stated that there is no way they can change items since they took picture of every package during arrival. Package never reshipped from package forwarding company. So what Protections and options my relative has and what to do in this situation? Thank you
