My security key is out of battery. How can I get a new one? There is nowhere on the site that allows you to do this, and if I choose "e-mail" to contact customer service, this is none of the options so it does not allow me to go through and contact them.
Please let me know if there is a link or who I need to contact to have a new security key sent. Mine is barely working and will show "batt" before providing a number, but this last time I used it, it almost did not work at all.
