Scammed! Sent money but no tickets. Any hope?

Wondering if there is any way to report this & attempt to get the money back.  After I sent via friends & family, seller disappeared with my money.

You sent a GIFT with no expectations of anything in return. 

You were supposed to use Family/Friends for goods.

If you paid with a credit card you could attempt a dispute with the card.

I was scammed by the same person Sarah <removed> <removed> Same exact story. She is a thief

I was scammed by the same person! (saw your post before the email was deleted), however she had me pay via Google Pay.  I did get my money back as I requested an invoice for the transaction.  

A friends and family payment I am fairly certain Paypal will not reverse but you should try.  I would also dispute the transaction with your bank.
