Vender Accuses Paypal of freezing account after 2wks of using my $1k in which he credits back my account and want me to pay again om my CC now I have to pay interest on $2k cause funds aren't in there.
It was a nice deal cause retail on item went up by $139.00 and he did this the night of the shipment..?
