Just won a dispute, I shipped my stuff. Came back and only to find my PayPal refund thing is missing.
It appears on the other transactions and I am with the program, can someone explain?
Perhaps it is not eligible for reimbursed return shipping? Passed the time allowed to make request?

I bought the item last week. It hasn't probably been 7 days that this entire incident settled. Took 2 days for Paypal to settle.
Google 'PayPal Returns on us'. Then click on the terms and conditions.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
