I want to remove/delete my PayPal account. First of all I live in the United States but my account was changed to the UK when I registered and I have had the most difficult time closing my account. It seems almost impossible to reach someone that can reliably help me. So far the service has been very poor. I was told that messages cannot be sent to my personal email inbox and when I am told that a message was sent through the Message Centre, my inbox is empty. Please please please close my PayPal account. I am NOT receiving messages to my PayPal INBOX. Again close my account please. I am having the most frustrating time dealing with customer service from PayPal.
