Refused service trying to add cash through local 7-Eleven

I wanted to add cash to a PayPal account and the local 7-11 refused saying theu did not re-charge cards. Anyone else had this happen?

Franchises may have the ability to have their own operating procedures but it is frustrating if you have to call ahead.

Last time I used CVS without issue but it was more convenient to use the 7-11 this time.

Is there a way to flag 7-11 to encourage PayPal to talk to them?
