I recently bought something off ebay. I paid with paypal and paypal did send me the confirmation email that the transaction went through. Going to ebay again, it said "awaiting payment". So i went to paypal and apparently my purchase had been refunded without me knowing why. (But this is more of an ebay issue) So my problem is that the amount refunded is yet to be added to the balance in my bank. Is there a waiting period? Or did something go wrong. Fiddling around paypal "contact us" it just kept looping me to the self help page. And maybe someone would know why i got a refund without asking for one.
