Refunds

Hi, my account history says the refund is complete(not pending,etc.) except it's not on my card or PayPal balance. What should I do?

So you used a credit/debit card as the funding source for a payment which has now been refunded? It can take 3 - 5 business days (sometimes longer depending on the card issuing bank) for the funds to show up on the card again. How long has it been?
