Refunds to do they go to paypal account or bank account

I want to buy web hosting. But if the hosting goes bad, i want to refund within 30 days (they allow it btw) They say they refund my money via paypal.

I have no funds in my paypal account but my paypal is linked to my bank debit account. 

If I am refunded will the funds go to my bank or paypal account?

As long as the seller refunds through the original payment transaction the refund will go back to where it originated.

thats the way it works with credit card,but not transfer from the bank
