I talked to the seller and they want to send the refund ( for a item i never received ). The only problem is that i can not dispute a claim because i was not fully logged in to the account, i had sign in as a guest. The transaction still shows in the activity but i cant select it to issue the refund. Any way that I can do anything? I have the bank transaction ID.
