Last week I purchased a couple of things on ebay, but was given refunds by the sellers. (I've been using ebay and Paypal for years, by the way.) I expected that these refunds would appear in my credit card account within a day or two.
However, day after day after day has gone by with no refunds. Paypal POSTED the charge to my credit card in seconds, but wants WEEKS - up to THIRTY DAYS! - to make the refund?!
Thanks again, Paypal, for **bleep** all of us at every opportunity. I hope you **bleep** for all eternity.
