I have been issued a refund through Paypal but the credit card they have has been closed by Chase since purchase date because of someone trying to use it for bogus purchases. How do I get the refund to go to my current Visa account??

You can't change anything at this point as you will have to wait until the funds are returned to PayPal account balance. The funds are usually sent back to Paypal. PayPal will then post them into your PayPal balance. The process can take 30 days or longer before PayPal gets the funds back. PayPal recommends you contact your card issuer and let them know a refund was sent to the old card so they can assist you by locating that refund and/or expediting the return of funds.

Talk to Chase, they can recover the funds for you.
