I ordered off of Victoria Secret through paypall However decided to cancel my order right after. The brand said they never charged me or received my money however I still had a charge to my Debit card. They did cancel my order tho. Now the transaction is under pending and there is no option to get a rufund or cancel transaction like it says In their help centre. How to I get my money back ?
