Refund

I have a refund pending in my account that has been pending for several days.  When will it be available for me to transfer back to my bank?

Hello @MonaFarmer! If you live in the USA, the refund won't transfer to your bank account but it will be available within 3-5 business days in your PayPal balance. If you paid with a card, then it will go to your card and it will take 30 days, not business days, on PayPal's end. It may be more than 30 days, depending how long your bank takes on their end of the transfer.

If you do live outside of the USA, then you can follow these steps to find the information for your country (which varies):

1. Login to your PayPal account.
2. At the bottom, click on "Help & Contact."
3. Search for "I want a refund. How do refunds work?" You should now be able to see the correct information.
