Hello @Mjjk73! Whether it was sent as "goods and services" or "friends and family," the recipient is able to send you a refund through the refund link in the "Transaction details." The sender doesn't see it, while the receiver does, because if it was available for them, then everything would go crazy pretty fast - I would assume. If you're unsure whether you sent it as friends and family or goods and services, then I would recommend contacting PayPal's customer support at https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/contact. The link for phone support is on the bottom left while the link for email support is on the bottom right. Queries are typically answered in the order received. If you live in the USA, you can also contact PayPal by going to their Twitter, at https://twitter.com/askpaypal, or Facebook, at https://www.facebook.com/PayPal/?brand_redir=589464587749730. Keep in mind, if you don't message them on Facebook, that your post or tweet will or could be publicly visible.
