Refund

I would like to know how long does it take for a refund to come? Is there any way of tracking when it might arrive? The payment was made through eBay.

Have you had an email to say a refund had been issued?

Is it showing in your paypal account?

Is it on temp hold or pending?

How did you fund the payment to the seller via paypal in the first place ie bank transfer or a debit / credit card.

I have received an email about the issue of the refund, but there is nothing showing on my account.

Sorry but you still have not answered it, you just said bank account.

Bank account how? Bank transfer OR a debit card??

Have you bought anything and paid for it via paypal since the refund went in??

The reason i ask is that if you have funds in your paypal balance and then buy something then paypal will always take from those funds (as that is now the default funding source), rather than from your normal funding source eg bank account or card.

To check go and click on the word "details" next to any recent paypal buying transactions and see if they were funded from your paypal balance ie refund rather than your normal funding source.
