Hi, it says in my PayPal account that my refund went to my One Vanilla prepaid visa card ending in x-<removed>, but when I try to use it, this error appears: "Sorry, your transaction couldn't be completed using Visa x-<removed>. Continue with this new payment method or select another." Where did the refund go? Please Help.
