I'm french and I puchased some stuf on GearBest, well-known chinese electronic seller.
Still waiting my order, I've decided to open a reclamation with paypal in order to be sure I was not loosing my money.
Soon after, I get some news by the seller, and i decided to suspend my reclamation.
BUT Paypal decided to refund me while I had clearly asked them to wait for my approbation.
When I call Paypal, they reply in an aproximative french and don't even understand what I ask. I've spent many time for just explaining I would not like to be refund, because the stuf I purchased was on flash sale, and buying it back would cost me a lot of money (It's chrismas presents, so I have to by it anyway).
Does anybody know how to procceed ?
I'm very disapointed about paypal, whitch turned a little delay into a big expensive issue.
