I was sent a invoice for a service and I paid that invoice through PayPal as a guest. The card I paid with was a debt card that is no longer attached to my bank. I was given a partial refund and it was supposed to go back on my debt card, but it's no longer active. What do I need to do? I have a PayPal account now, but i made it only after this mess, so it's not associated with that transaction. I have a transaction ID number, but no way to look up its status or how to get its returned to my correct debt card/bank acct.
