Alright so some time over a week I accidently made two purchases, the website had said it had failed twice, even though it went through, so I refunded it, and I've been waiting ever since, now my bank declined the purchase immediately, now for some reason the refunds are being deposited into my PayPal balance instead of my card, but because my car is denying the charge it doesn't have the money to deposit into my PayPal balance and keeps trying to charge my card, which declined it over and over again, I tried to make a ticket but if I try to make a ticket for the refund it says to talk to my bank, and if I try to make a ticket for the purchase the only option is for it being that someone else made the purchase, but my problem is that it's in an endless refund loop and won't stop, and it won't let me fix it
