So I recently canceled a claim because a seller finally responded back and said they would refund the money . But since Ive canceled the claim I cannot make another one and now the seller and I do not know where the money is. For her it says the payment was canceled and there is nothing showing me that the money is on hold or that it is refunded. Please help I just want my money back, and I'm tired of speaking to a robot that does absolutely nothing. Thank you.
