I bought something on ebay with my paypal balance. I got a refund for it but it was returned to a visa prepaid card that was a $25 giftcard. First of all, the payment that got refunded was $45.99 so it's impossible. Second of all, I paid with paypal balance. Not a $25 visa giftcard. Third of all, it said i paid WITH a $25 visa gift card but that's simply impossible. I contacted support and they said they "returned the money" to the giftcard it was refunded to. I was like "What the **bleep** that's impossible." But they said it's not. So I tried it-- Of course it didn't work. Why would a $25 visa giftcard have $45.99 refunded to it. I'm just about done with paypal and it's bs.
