Redirect loop

Hello,

 

Like many other people, I am also having a redirect loop.

 

I tried on my father's computer and I still got the redirect loop however when he logged in to his account he did not! The only difference is that I have been selling things on ebay and he does not....

 

Anyway this is a problem that needs to be sorted ASAP, to have some accounts working and others not, that is not the good quality service I remember PayPal being.

The problem I was having with the redirect loop on the new PayPal interface was solved by removing my security key (my smartphone.) This is obviously a poor solution, but until PayPal fixes the bug it's all I have. PayPal's tech support is completely clueless. They had me clearing caches on all browsers, switching from Chrome to IE (of all things) to Firefox, and pretty much running in circles. Remove the security key and voila!, it works like a charm.
