Receiving payments for some weird reason I cannot.

Hi Paypal Community,

Paypal is really getting weird... after setting up my account I wanted my Aunt to send some funds to my new account. She then tells me that a message prompting her to pay at my website needs to be done. ... umm Paypal I don't have a merchant site to take payments. This is so bizarre. Check out the screen Paypal prompted her. I need some help since Paypal isn't assisting much.. I tried sending an email to them and that's another problem all together.

You can only 'send' and not 'receive' Paypal payments in your country.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
