How come it takes 21 days when I get money sent me to but if my friend uses his pay pal it only takes him a day? I have only used PayPal for friends and family also
One possible reason could be that you don't have a bank account and credit card linked and confirmed to your account. Although you can receive money, it may be held and you will run into limits on both sending and withdrawing funds.
