Receiving limit error

I am from India. I am facing the problem while receining the papyment. The error is "The receipient has exceeded the receiving limit and must provide more info to lift the limit". I have searched about this problem and solution is given as to upload documents related to the verification of identity. But I am not able to find the option where I can upload these documents. Please help me.

Thanks for reaching out to our Community forum. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble receiving payments. Typically when you receive this message, it means the account has a restriction. In this case, you should be able to upload documents through the Resolution Center.
If there's no restriction, we may need you to contact us to see what options we have to get this resolved. I hope this helps!
