Received payment but no fee taken out

Someone paid me but there was no fee taken out of the transaction. How can I correct this?

Sounds as if they sent a friends / family payment? I would check with them and ask.

Also if it was a f/f payment then you would not have the buyers physical address on the payment email from paypal. Did you get one?

If yes then you can refund them.
