Receieving money from a grailed transaction.

I have recently sold some pants on grailed for 350$ and I have yet to receive or even see the transaction on my paypal and I am very worried

Did get an email notification or see any notice in your account transaction history  ??   (Hopefully you didn't ship yet.)

Yes I already shipped but the buyer is in communication with me and is seemingly willing to help me sort it out I have already sent grailed an email explaining the situation and when I called paypal the lady was useless and only reccomended I make a complaint with ic3.gov she was unhelpful.

We believe the money might have been sent a different paypal account (me and buyer)
