I set up a claim in the Resolution Center this morning but I just got word that my account was credited!! I tried to cancel the claim, but it wont let me!! Says Oops, Something went wrong on our end & try again. I tried again only to get the same message!! All I want to do is cancel it so PayPal doesn't have to do anything now!! Any suggestions

If a refund had been issued the claim would have automatically have closed.
Are you SURE the refund has been made and you haven't just been sent a payment that can be disputed?

I was on the phone with a supervisor at JC Penney & she took all my information & is crediting it back on my credit card, not through PayPal!! She manually did it & sent me a copy of the receipt!! So I should see the credit on my statement in 3-5 days!! Thank you for your help!!

Fair enough but i would keep the claim open until that refund hit my c.c. but up to you of course.
