REFUND

so i recently noticed some weird activity and transactions on my account, so i went to my bank and it turns out someone was using my paypal account to buy stuff. so my bank gave me a new debit card and told me to contact paypal about it. so i contacted them and have recieved several refunds, but they refunded to my old card number! and the funds are not in my bank account..what do i do?

If your old and new debit cards are both linked to the same bank account then the refunds should go back ok.

BUT once refunds are completed it takes about a week to process back to your bank account.
