Quickest way to access cash

I just opened a new acct. It already has money in it thanks to a friend. I wont get my paypal card for up to a week. I dont have a bank account but my mother does. Would it be quicker to send it to her bank account and have her take it out of the atm?

As an Individual account holder, the name registered on your PayPal account must match exactly the name registered on your bank account.
