Okay so I bought some merchandise online and needed to refund it but I bought it with a gift card that was no longer usable. So I asked them to credit my American Express and this morning I get an email that shows that they sent me a refund to a PayPal account and it says that I don't have a PayPal account which I do but I don't use it very often and I did not give them that information but there is also a link that opens up a page for me to send an e-mail to that link and it's at paypal.com. so I'm just basically trying to figure out how do I access my account or receive this money that is in some weird account
