Question about swipe tap chip fee structure.

Hello and thank you for the help in advance. I am interested in getting a swipe tap and chip reader but I need this question answered. What is the fee for tap (card or mobile device) and chip. Is it the same as swipe. Here is what paypal has listed on the site: 2.7% per US card swipe 3.5% + $0.15 to key in cards 2.9% + $0.30 to invoice 1.5% for cross-border transfers

Yes - 2.7% for both - card with magnetic strip on back or embedded chip.
