Hi! I was noticing when I go to make a payment using my bank account it says i is BACKED BY MY CREDIT CARD. Does this mean if there's insufficient funds it will be taken from my credit card? Will I THEN be charged the $7.50??

You are making Instant Payment and it will backed by credit card if the instant transfer does not clear your bank. Instant Transfer is PayPal performing a service where they front your payment instantly so the recipient gets it instantly and PayPal wait for the funds to clear bank, as opposed to an eCheck where you wait until payment clears from bank to PayPal and PayPal send money to recipient. Instant Transfers require the payment to be made with a bank account with linked credit card for back up in order to work.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
