I have to identical charges to the same person. Same amount of 65.00 but on 2 different days. I am not looking to dispute the charges yet, I just need to know how I go about checking what they were for or a contact number of the person payment was made so I can check and make sure it was ligit.
Great question - you can go to your Summary page and click on the transaction within your PayPal account. Any details we have regarding the transaction will show up there. If you're still unsure about the charge, you can file it as unauthorized using the steps here and we'll investigate on your behalf. Hopefully this helps! Have a great rest of your day. 🙂
