PayPal apparently let around a hundred ACH purchases for Chumba casino total around $4,000. And I didn't do it why would PayPal allow something like that. I didn't know you could do that

Your account must've been compromised somehow so there was Unauthorized access to your account, if you did not make those purchases.  Every time you make a bank payment it uses ACH.  Contact PayPal to file unauthorized transaction dispute for an investigation and change your password.

Totally agree, you should also contact that casino's support and let them know what happened. Maybe they can help investigate and sort the matter out.

Same thing happend to me over 2000 dollars of bank withdraws over 50 transactions.
