How do i get to where i need to be to make sure my posted payment will go toward the promo?
Go to your PayPal Credit page and pay your bill.
It will be applied per the hierarchy stated on the back of your full PayPal Credit statement (the PDF version).
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
