Prepaid Card Monthly Charges and deactivate the card.

Hi, guys, I'm new to PayPal, I recently bought a Paypal Prepaid Card, the card is still not activated yet. What ifIactive it and use all the money, then i have no money for the monthly charge? (The card had to be linked to a PayPal account) Will they send bills to the place where i live? Also, how can i deactivate a PayPal prepaid card? Please somebody help me.

Yea,but that does not help my question XD. Can you please tell me what will happen if i don't have money on that card?

Basically, they'll close account and come after you for the money if they do not write it off if the amount is a few bucks.  You can cancel the card as well.  All the info is there.  Just read it, gosh. XD  I tell ya, you can lead a horse to water but...
