I have 400$ in my pp account and ehrn when i try to send money to my friends i keep getting that say this "We cant send your payment right now.if you keep running into this issue, please contact Paypal"
Hi. I was requested for a copy of a bill with my name and address and a copy of my driver's license or medicare card. I logged in directly to paypal and this is what it says and I called paypal direct and they told me this is their new policy. The government has asked for it. I just posted a comment wanting someone to confirm this info. ebay sent the monthly bill to paypal and it was not paid.
