I have sent a refund on the wrong seller,and i'm really worried i want to cancel it directly!! because i accidentally selected the wrong seller to report

Sounds as if you opened an unauthorised payment dispute, did you mean to? Only what that is saying is that your paypal account was hacked and used without your consent?

If you opened it on the wrong transaction then phone customer services and they will close it for you.

I was going to report someone for scamming and refund my money,then without even noticing i selected the wrong seller,so i want to decline or cancel the report or refund i sent to paypal,but i don't know how.
