Trying to buy a game from battle.net / blizzard, and PayPal keeps asking me this.

When I log in, buy the game through PayPal, it asks me to enter my credit card information. It says: Please add a credit or debit card to complete your purchase.

So I put it in, press add. Then it goes "processing..." for a few seconds.

But nothing happens. I'm still in the same page with nothing new.

I've already verified my credit card (PayMaya in the Philippines) but I still haven't gotten my refund yet.

I also have cleared my cookies, tried different browsers and computers.

I've had this issue for several weeks. A credit card is authorised and linked to the account and I've spoken to Paypal and they have stated that there is nothing wrong with the account.

Also disabled javascript to test however this wouldn't proceed onto the page.

So far no solution for this.

Same issue here. Card attached, but it still doesn't work without attaching a new one although it doesn't make any sense to do so.
