Please add a credit or debit card to complete your purchase when buying Netflix with PayPal

So I wanted to buy Netflix using my PayPal balance I wanted to buy the $10 plan but when I tried to pay for it PayPal asks me to add a credit or debit card even though I have more than $10 on my PayPal balance and I already have a credit card connected to my PayPal.

As part of security and risk models for PayPal you will need to add a credit card if you want to continue make purchases.

I already have a credit card linked to my PayPal months ago.

You could phone PayPal support and ask.
