Please Help

I try to send money to my friend because we are doing work for each other and it just says "We can’t send your payment right now. If you keep running into this issue, please contact PayPal." and has a yellow symbol.. I cant find an answer for this. Can someone help me please

There is no way to know about your issues as you haven't provided details about your account and your past activities. 

Are you sending money as goods/services for the service or are you using family/friends to avoid fees.
